Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid (if applicable).
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time.

No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to attend the tour without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule their tour to a different date or time, provided that the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
